Returns and Replacements
Returns are only allowed within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, no exceptions.
To request an RMA# please send us an email with your order number and return reason.
Return shipping labels will only be provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for replacements. Please submit proof of damage or defectiveness via email to email@example.com along with your return or replacement request.
For buyer’s remorse returns, we require return tracking number in order to process a refund.
A separate tracking number would need to be provided for every returned item, with the exception of items sold as sets of more than one, which may ship together in one box.
